Bought Nasa telescope and t-shirt bundle in late November for £29.99 After the t-shirt turns up without telescope. I contact them, after bouncing silly messages around and then a ridiculously dumb form to fill out. 3-4 weeks later.
Today 22nd of December 2021 they tell me it’s out of stock and they will refund me. We hope? However, checking their website they are still selling the same bundle but for £63.99. Please be aware my little boy has 1 gift missing this Christmas. I’m hoping you won’t risk it.

I ordered a pair of microwavable fluffy slippers as part of a mother's day gift. When the parcel arrived I was disappointed to find out that not only was the inner packaging damaged (cardboard that held the slippers in place), but one of the slippers was missing entirely. This can only mean that staff in IWOOT's warehouse knowingly packaged and shipped a damaged / incomplete product. What particularly irks is that I paid for one day delivery so that I'd be able to have the slippers for mother's day. Not possible now due to the sheer laziness / carelessness of IWOOT's staff. I won't be ordering anything from them again.Update: They sent a replacement and seemed genuinely sorry. Except the replacement slippers were both for the left foot! Fortunately the single slipper from the first order was for a right foot, regardless, a complete p*** take. Won't be ordering again.

A website that provides you with unique gifts family and friends will love. IWOOT sells products at an affordable price and delivers quickly. Sometimes they do discounts on items and they let you know by quick email . The delivery is either early or on time and the service is great . Definitely recommend IWOOT

I ordered some Lego for a birthday present on the 10th of January, it was meant to be despatched by the 18th which never happened as it was never in stock. I have sent IWOOT 5 emails requesting cancellation & a refund. I typically get a response saying they will do this but after 6 weeks it hasn’t happened. I am completely frustrated as to what to do next - one thing I will not be doing is buying anything from IWOOT ever again. Can not stress how strongly I would advise people not to purchase from them, the customer service is obviously just a shambles.

Right for my first experience with this company i am so happy not only did it arrive in the right time fine the quality is actually okay and i have placed another order all ready but as i did see all the bad reviews i did decide to pay throw paypal so if you are worried defo pay throw paypal so then you are covered.

Company are a joke! Ordered almost 3 months ago now in the Black Friday sales and have had problem after problem. STILL haven’t received my items and I’m told it isn’t iwoot who can do anything about it. Keep being told to wait 24/48 hours for a response but I’m yet to get one within this time frame!! Have asked who the courier was and I also haven’t got any response about this. Customer service is rubbish and they only pretend to be solving the issue rather than actually doing so. Didn’t believe the bad rumours about this company and I was excited to get my items! Never ever again will I order from here! Left myself out of pocket for about £150 for nothing!!!

Had a bad experience with IWWOT first time around but decided I would give them another try as I think they have some cools stuff. What a mistake, don't order from them. Ordered the Mystery Geek T-shirt 10 Pack on the 3rd of December expecting they would arrive in time for Christmas, the estimated delivery was the 18th. No sign of them. Contacted customer support on the first of January and was told they hadn't been dispatched but this was flagged to the warehouse. A full month later with no contact or update form them I reached out again today and have been told they were never dispatched and are now out of stock. They kindly cancelled the order for me and offered me a £5 credit on my account as a gesture of apology, a miserable gesture at that and a voucher that wont get used as I won't be shopping there agan and you shouldn't either.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all, the quality of the product was terrible and the product did not match the one on the website. Secondly, it has taken me 1 month so far to get a refund! And I still have not yet received it. I’ve contacted many customer service people for all of them not be helpful at all. Please don’t waste your time and money on this company because you won’t get it back. Terrible company, terrible customer service and terrible organisation.

I ordered an item on the 11/11/20 and while I didn't have the address down correctly, I emailed them to correct the situation so it could be sent out again.They still haven't got back to me about the address change and haven't refunded me the money.So now they have both the item and my money.I got a reply to my review in december asking for the order number which I edited the review like they asked and still did nothing about it.This is my order number: 250059423Placed on the 11/11/20Further edit: Refund had been returned after a long wait but still refunded, not happy with the time it took but they will eventually resolve the matter.

Simply dreadful - ordered an item several weeks before christmas and still waiting. Item is being 'processed'. Customer service non existent - dont bother. Will use Amazon or anyone else next time. Avoid
